I've got no choice he took 50,000$ from me and the domain name after we were planning a relaunch

what happened was we both went to the bank and took out a small business loan for 50,000$. I digitally signed my signature and he went in person. When we went in person he took the money all in cash. He still has all the money and is currently living with his mother/brother in a ukraine/canada. He is also insane.
