Hitler issued amphetamine tablets to his tank drivers so they didn't sleep for days during advances. They called them Panzer chocolates.

My god,can you imagine driving a tank after a few days of amphetamine abuse?
 
It would probably be lots of fun crushing everything in a blind rage.
 
I can imagine a great many things.
