Tracing the feedback in that little community of sellers is VERY interesting. One seller has sold 23 codes in the last month. Each person that's bought one from that seller only has one or two recent feedbacks, all the others are more than three months old.
You only have to pay ebay 50 cents for commission on a 10 dollar sale, so it seems more than likely that these are just manufactured sales to try to create interest.
