There are boards with no swearing?
 
I belong to a couple that you can't swear at. They're not much fun.
 
I used to belong to one (Decipher.com) that didn't allow swearing. It also didn't allow users to talk about sex acts, so the words "blow" and "suck" were censored automatically, no matter what context you were posting them in.

Completely fucking preposterous, but it was my first message board and we all revolted in the end.

When you revolted did you use pitchforks?
 
They tried the luddites approach, but smashing the machines as a revolution against the internet was a little self defeating
