When a poster's behavior has proven consistently disruptive to the board and the poster has failed to contribute substantively to civil discussion, the administrators of the board shall have the option of sanctioning the member by means of a permanent ban. After three suspensions, a poster may be permanently banned by the staff if, in their judgment, the poster has made no effort to modify the posting behaviors that garnered the suspensions. In addition, any new member who appears simply to spam and harrass and post porn may be permanently banned without intermediate suspensions. The member sanctioned by the permanent ban shall have the right to appeal the ban to the administrators, the appeal to be initiated by contacting an administrator not less than thirty days following the imposition of the ban.

Just a question for the members here.

After this passes. Do you believe it will be easier or harder to troll ExIsle?
 
If it passes, it'll be harder. From looking at the poll numbers, the place is fed up and all the complaining of "unfairness" in the world isn't likely to get any sympathy from the majority there. Yeah you can go in using duals but they'll probably get smacked downed quick, fast and in a hurry too. The old tactics won't work anymore, you'll need new ones.
 
To be fair, I have only voted 3 times. Those are the only duals I have that have more than 50. The other 4 I set up for the TK forum poll all have under 20. That was before the 50+ rule was instituted.

Unfortunately, I disagree with you. I think it will not change it one bit at all with regards to ease of trolling. It will make it easy to get some long standing members perma banned.

And, as you darlings are trolls, I'll shut up now so as I don't give you any ideas you don't already have.

Sure. Fine. First off, dumbass, 67 people out of 1945 have voted yes...so saying "the place is fed up" is stretching it. What it does say is that a select crowd that bothers to read in ACQ feels this is a quick fix to end the troll problems. Suckers. ;)

Second off, you wouldn't know trolling if it were crammed up your ass at an odd angle. There are many ways to get under someone's skin without getting banned. LOTS OF WAYS.
