Hard to say.

Stewart is an accomplished actor above and beyond his fan-favorite roles of Picard and Professor X.

While Shatner "singing" Mr. Tambourine Man and Lucy in the Skys are pure classic comedy.

I respected Picard more as a captain, using hiw brains, diplomacy and wit, while Kirk relied on his thang-thang and his fists.
