Whilst Hitler had every intention of attacking the Soviet Union anyway, please recall that the Soviets were losing, and losing badly until a second front was opened up. If not for that cowardly bitch General Eisenhower, the second front would have been opened up sooner. The British were chomping at the bit to hit Europe, but Ike would have none of it.
