I've been using Photoshop all day and my fingers hurt.

I'd be tempted to superimpose this image in the flames on the logo.

I've been meaning to say to you that it looks like you've auto coloured your xmas edition avatar and it does tend to sap the colour out and give it that bluish look. Unless that is what you were going for to make it look colder or something.
 
No, I wanted a wintery feel. The original background photo that's in my av has golden sunshine, so I just painted over it and made the image bluer. It does have a concentration camp feel I wasn't really going for, though. :)
