That didn't stop Peter from getting hired as the first Pope. Besides jack would turn the priesthood into a cadre of wild & crazy guys, like Steve Martin & Dan Aykroyd in those SNL skits from 30+ years ago.

Doubtful. jack has mellowed and pretty much put his trolling days behind him.

It will allow lots of different people to make their own snap judgements and bigoted opinions based on a loosely translated statement.

This is, in effect, the way almost all religion works.
