I have a gamecube, and I lurv it. There just aren't enough good games for it.
 
I'm looking at the coming console shoot-out like this:

Wii - this porridge is too cold - not too many huge games - price ain't bad, tho.

PS3 - this porridge is too hot - too expensive - late to the game

360 - this porridge is just right - price down by xmas - excellent multiplay - lots of good games

We'll see, tho.

Yeah, Nintendo is doomed if they don't start being nice to third party game developers. They'll probably get out of consoles and stick to handhelds eventually.

I'm thinking of getting a playstation2. Most of the good games are cheap new, or can be found used and there are so many. I'm not going to bother with an xbox because I can't use the online stuff.... fuckin dial-up. And I'm not getting a ps3 because it's way too expensive. I'll have to wait and see about the Wii, I love Nintendo but the games lately have all been crap.
