Quantum Leap got stupid when he started leaping into famous people every week

The ones with the "Evil Leaper" were a bit stupid too (why would there be an evil leaper project in the first place!?)
 
I've never seen Space Precinct. I think I may have missed out greatly!

Having small cameos by famous people (like in the Buddy Holly and Stephen King ones) is fine, having a whole episode where he's the pope isn't.

This thread reminds me of the favorite thing about my wife: she TiVo's X-Files reruns. How can you not love a woman like that?

Worth noting that they only rerun stand-alone episodes, not "smoking man" type ones.
