Can any of you find out if i've been IP banned? And if so, why?

No, you haven't. However, they do keep a IP list of known troublemakers.

Your account's been banned. Just clear your cookies, connect to a proxy, and log in with a new account.

According to AQG you were suspended for one week on the 10th so you still have a couple of days before the suspension is lifted.
