I know nothing about Yoga. Can't one practice stretching and not be bothered with the spiritual aspects of it?
 
I don't know why a person couldn't. I was planning on starting classes this month. Not that I'm much of a Christian - don't go to church or try to convert people - but it is the belief system in which I was born and indoctrinated so it is a core belief.

Technically, although I was raised Catholic, I can't take communion or receive last rites or other sacraments. I find this highly amusing. I choose to ignore the Papal Bull on this subject. That too may damn me. We'll see, I think I have some good negotiating points in my own favor.

My mom called someone a twat? lol!! Mama I thought I tought you better then that!
 
I'm still going to start yoga classes in the morning - maybe - if I can get up that early. If not, I'll just have to start next week in the classes after work.
