Amazing fish. Actually, the only fish I've ever caught - it was about a decade ago off of Vancouver Island. I think I've found the perfect seasoning.. a blackened cajun rub from Whole Foods. I'm eating it with a bottle of Pinot Gris, and it's pretty great.
