No, Bobby has owned REFCL all along, he was the one that booted Enterprise-fan Mogh off.

Mogh was part of the big SAVE ENTERPRISE campaign thing...I can't remember the name...they had a message board! And they claimed there was some Hollywood guy willing to bankroll a new season...but it still ended.
