Rommie's Thread

Aw, that sucks. You said you work at a restaurant, but what do you do there?

Anytime you need to get to bed, sugar...don't let me keep you. ;)

I'm a bookkeeper mainly, but I also work up front as a cashier on the weekend, and I run errands as well.

Basically, I keep the place running, while the managers manage the place. ;)

And I'll be up for quite some time. Wrestling still has about an hour to go. ;)

I give out advice, answer questions, and give counseling! I even have an 'Ask Rommie' thread floating around here somewhere.

I think I'll go resurrect that.....

Good, then maybe you could answer me why my life is nothing more than an empty shell of an existance and why my life pretty much SUCKS?!?!?

Then again. Nevermind. It'll only depress me more.

Aw, sweetie, is there anything I can do to cheer you up?

You're a good man, A Karas. I know what you're going through. Just hide the negatives, accentuate the positives. It'll all turn out right. :)

9 years? Guess chocolate won't make it better then...

Try a bottle of vodka.
Dealing with one's problems with a bottle of booze solves nothing. It'll only further add to the problem, making it harder to recover. Because it doesn't stop with just one bottle.

Thanks Rommie. You're a good man too, and a good friend. It's just this time of year, I get pretty damn depressed. Keep trying to hide the negatives and accentuating the positives. But sometimes (this time of the year being one of them), it gets to be a little bit of a heavy load.

LOL at the Vodka comment. It would have to be a whole lot of vodka. :bigass:

This is true. One can get drunk all he/she wants. But once he sobers up, the problem is still there waiting. I'm not a drinker anyway. Except for Red Mountain Dew and 7up. Those be my poison of choice.

I know what you mean. The months of May and June are not my best of the year. It seems as though if something catastrophic is going to happen in my life, that's when it will occur.
