I didn't attempt to state it, I did state it. You regged on this board with the specific intention of arguing every point you could (although I must say you've fallen flat on your face with this thread). I didn't say you couldn't flame people if that was your wish, I'm just trying to help you become better at it, as you sorely need someone's help. BTW, deliberate discussion doesn't start out with, "Damn, you are stupid." You're here to be a smart-ass bitch, and so far you're doing well at that. My hope is that you'll grow up a little.

For the record, we kicked you out, you didn't abandon the colonies. You had the world's greatest empire and lost it because you stood around saying, "Oh. Do you think so?" If you remember, it was the "rabble" that won the war against the Axis. Now sit down, young sir, your knees must be weak from standing on your soapbox all day.

Why would you assume I was from Britain? I never made such a claim nor did I ever even hint I was born there. You may CALL me a pussy but at least I am getting some pussy. Poor boy.

We did not 'lose' our Empire you fucking moron. We 'downsized' it. Two world wars in which we saved the fucking world stripped us of our ability to maintain that Empire. What is an American whose country has never even come close to starting an Empire doing telling a Briton about empires? Do you even understand how large that fucking Empire was? There has never been anything like it nor shall there ever be. We are the ONLY Empire that never fell. We remain even after 800 years of world rule. Unlike the USA we fought world superpowers and won. You have never even faced a superpower so were I you I would shut the fuck up. You did not defeat the British. They withdrew. MORON. King George felt the war was too expensive and he had a massive navy to maintain whilst keeping the French, Spanish, Portugese, Dutch, Russians, Austrians and Prussians honest. You were completely insignificant. Why surrender at Yorktown yet not return with new forces? Had King George done that the USA would today be part of the British Empire. The bullshit happened again in 1812. The British had your entire country defeated before the troubles with Napoleon forced her to split her forces between to major foes. The forces we sent to the USA in 1812 were a joke yet they still took Washington. Detroit surrendered without firing a single shot. Our great general Sir Isaac Brock forced Detroit to surrender with a simple letter to the leader of Detroit. The man shat his pants and surrendered righ there on the spot, typical American response. The British were on their way to sweeping up your country and ready to take it when once again fate intervened. The motherland needed reinforcements for the battles with Napoleon's Grande Armee. We are talking forces here that the USA could never comprehend. The equivalent of Britain fighting Napoleon's Grand Armee would be the equivalent of the combined NATO forces fighting the Soviet military at it's height. The problems the British had with the USA in 1812 would be akin to the Soviets deciding to split off a large portion of its forces to fight the Chechens whilst the Red Army fights the bulk of NATO. It would never happen. The only difference is that in comparison the British military in 1812 was far more powerful than modern-day NATO or the Soviet military in modern days was.

Please quit telling the world you saved it in both world wars. They know the truth. The ONLY people who believe the Amerians saved the world in both world was are Americans. Say the same thing to an European and he would laugh in your face. I know because I have had family members travel to European countries who thank my Canadian and British relatives for saving their fucking countries. Many of those European countries KNOW the Americans came into both wars too late because they were cowardly pinko wimps. Just ask them.

Trivia time: know why British troops wore red? Cromwell's New Model Army during the English Civil War needed a standard uniform to disguise the fact they were basically an army of rabble. So, they adopted red uniforms because red was the cheapest dye you could get then. IOW, they had the cheapest, shittiest uniforms possible for that time period.
