There’s no need for that messenger; I’m simply trying to keep TK from becoming hypocritical (I know how much you hate that) Mentalist should be placed in Daycare immediately and not released until he promises to abide by the rules of the forum..

How is this any different than Menty sharing his personal collection with his friends? He's not profiting from this... and, if anything, it's free advertising for DC.

Or better yet, think of Menty as the TK Library.

(Yes, I know, that's a weak argument, but I've seen shakier shit squeak by on a technicality.)
 
It is my understanding that TK allows anything that is legal, this is not. This is not a discussion about why the law exists Neil, perhaps you should start a separate thread about it.

I just had a quick look into this; it’s not legal at all. I advise you to follow the rules of the forum (and indeed the law) and take this down ASAP before there are repercussions. This is clearly breaking one of the very few rules of this forum. It needs to be removed immediately, and Mentalist should be confined to daycare.

You are missing the point. I’m not threatening legal action of any kind, I’m simply pointing out that posting this is illegal, and the rules state that it is not allowed. I have nothing against Mentalist and will certainly be visiting him in daycare. Could an admin please remove this ASAP.
