They LOVED it! My daughter (the 3.5 year old) fell asleep but honestly that's most matinees.
My boys, 10 and 8, played Star Trek the rest of the day Sunday. The wife also had a good time.
I really think my boys are the ones who may latch onto this most of all. I think the deal won't be sealed until another movie comes out though that has more of a forward-direction plot rather than the setup.
