No idea, honestly. He has such strange texts in his songs, but they all rock in that sense. He's been around for some years, it's just that he's only risen to the top of the charts a handful of times.

He has a habit of remixing old songs (Like 'Weekend.') He's also done that kiss song, "I was made for loving you," etc.
 
I like that barking kind of shout he sings with.

Scooter is the band, consisting of two DJs and the singer, HP Baxxster.

The band lineup has remained constant for 10 years, although one DJ constantly switches out.
