They should have said he never leaped home permanently. Al the bartender did hint that Sam could take "sabbaticals" between leaps.

I remember when the space Chimp episode first aired. We were at High School, and we all had a long debate the next morning at school about how it had had its run. Thenwe started coming up with really rediculous storylines, like Sam leaps into the cancerous breast of a woman, and must stop being cancerous in order to leap. Or he leaps into a woodlouse.

To be honest, I wish they'd make those episodes now (because I'd SO jerk off over the woodlouse one).
 
I remember someone telling me there was an episode where he leaped into a cartoon character. I still look for it whenver QL is being repeated.

FUCK, how did I miss it. I did see the one where he jumped into Iron Sheik during the match where he lost the title to Hulk Hogan but he kicked out because he didn't know the finish and Vince ran out and slid into the ring, tearing both quads, and said "YOU JUST COST ME TEN MILLION SEXUAL FAVOURS, PAL!" and he leaped out again with no explanation and Al said "Flobby-duck-sex-cats-HITLER!"

No, wait, I didn't.
 
That ep is only on the DVD. It's not even included on the torrent file.
