Serious doctor who question spoiler for end of season 3

This years christmas special features the titanic, as we saw at the end of season 3, the doctor was alone on the tardis when the titanic came crashing into the control room.

We know the tardis is invulnerable to outside attack.

We know the tardis had been damaged by the master.

We know the tardis and the doctor have some sort of symbiotic relationship.

Kylie's character in the episode is called Astrid

Astrid is an anagram of tardis.

So will the entire christmas episode by a hallucination in the Doctors mind generated by the tardis itself, as part of its healing process?

Well since it couldn't pierce the outside of the ship, it would have to mean the entire titanic was inside the tardis as it entered the control room.
