Sawyer has a lot of stuff hoarded, I'm sure some razors survived the crash (Charlie's fucking guitar improbably survived) and the men can shave them. OR MAYBE CLAIRE HAS A RAZOR PUSSY AND THE BABY WILL HAVE TO BE CUT OUT HER BELLY?
