the other two flats were effing 8 by 10 feet and other folks worked on them too...I take the blame for this one by myself, which is a mere 6 by 8 feet.

Eggs my Love - what does one do in NYC if one wants to simply be involved in Little Theatre - NOT with an eye to anything professional? does such an animal even exist in the Big Apple?
 
It does, but the competition is fierce even for that -- do you know how many out of work actors and theater techs there are here? ;)

Let's turn back the clock many years...I painted the backdrop for this set in high school (the mountains, beach and sun, not the Duval bottle).

it makes me sad to think of theatre techs out of work there...we sure could use them up here!
not actors, though; they're a dime a dozen. ;)
 
Oh wow! Those are awesome paintings! Is that the mosque near ground zero?! LOL just kidding.
