I don't understand why he was arrested either. I mean, since when is it illegal to rub your dick on an inanimate object in private?

The guy humping the pavements probably did that outside where everyone can see, so that would be indecent exposure or something.. but if he had pavements inside then he should be allowed to hump away.
 
^ I don't get why he was arrested either...now, the two perves whom, without his permission, entered the premises of his private room just to spy on him - how come no one charged them with illicit entry?
I don't recall him giving them permission to go in there in the first place.

I was listening to Russell Brand's radio show tonight and there was an update on this. The poor guy (bicycle guy, not Brand!) was placed on the sex offender's register. They mentioned that it's been discussed on message boards (though they probably didn't have this one in mind) and sided with bicycle sex guy too. JUSTICE FOR BICYCLE SEX GUY!

I wonder if he was banned from ever owning a bicycle.

wtf is the matter with these people? who is he hurting? he was in a locked room by himself?! was he disturbing the peace by making loud noises? (I may have asked that already)

I agree.. they should have thrown the case out.
 
UNLESS it happened like this, they were knocking his door, he didn't answer, they were worried and entered the room, he saw them coming, grabbed a bike, started humping it and said "OH YEAH, FUCK YEAH, I'LL HUMP THE BOTH OF YOU LIKE A BIKE SO I WILL!"

In that case, he was bad.
