Yep, he was a twat. This has been confirmed in his interviews since where he keeps going on about how he can't believe he was evicted and that it must have been homophobia. What a twat.

BUT, he was quite entertaining with the pranks and the classic pushing of Charley into the pool. Should have stayed longer.
