Last week's about satire was the best one of his I've ever seen, funny all the way through. This week wasn't quite so good, but I do always appreciate his experimentation with how far you can stretch the genre and toy with people's expectations. Makes most other stand ups look completely uninspired.

This week's was a bit not as good as usual? Still funny though.

Well that was grim. I had to keep reminding myself that most of it wasn't true, or at the least, it was a description of common feelings but made to appear larger under a magnifying glass.

I really enjoyed the "Marriage" one. His attempt to do an "observational, aimed at my audience" piece worked despite his sneer thing.

I loved the idea that a low level camera sneering thing might spread and become a trope.
