I may have said something like that, but not while brandishing a shotgun. I have chased a dog with pitchfork.. all the while realizing that that was pretty stereotypical.

I have a shotgun, but I don't walk around in the yard with it. There is a pitchfork stuck in the ground by the cow pens.. for pitching hay. ANYWAY it's handy if a mean ass dog gets in the yard. I am scared of the neighbor's dog, it's mean, and it used to get loose all the time.
