Since when did Youtube begin stopping people from Stealing Music?

Even though I got banned from there a few months ago for posting videos of big boobed Japanese babes, I was still able to download music videos that were posted by others. I go there today, and all the download buttons have been removed

What gives???

Yeah, I use EASY YOUTUBE VIDEO DOWNLOADER 6.7 that is a free add-on with the Firefox browser.
