Weird as it is, I slightly disagree. Luci may be an assbag much of the time, but he does have a few thoughts that glow of faint intelligence. Even if their few and far between. Before he made an about face towards me, I had a rather intelligent and pleasant conversation with him. Then he realized he was acting human and freaked out :P
I think he wallows in fear much of the time. From what, I'm not quite sure yet.
