So tired

I've been having weird left shoulder pain for about a week. I think I've pinched a nerve in my neck, or possibly in my shoulder. It feels like carpal tunnel but in my shoulder and sometimes elbow, and three of my fingers are a little tingly. ARE WE ALL JUST GOING TO DIE?
