They're both really good....

Cassie, the southern vampire sstories stated 7 or 8 years back now, and I have forgotten some stuff so I've re-read the 1st one and am trying to locate second (Living dead in dallas)and third.(Club Dead)....why don't we make those our reading projects for now? They are not exactly like the TV shows in many ways so there's still stuff to be surprised at from the show.

I want a sci-fi or fantasy or MIXTURE OF THE TWO style book on a similar scale to LOTR or Dune and written just as well as those, but I know there's no such book.
