Here I am. Wearing shoes.
 
Why?

You want to know why I am wearing shoes?
 
Because I like shoes on my feet.
 
I need a pair of boots.
 
The back yard is severely overgrown.
 
I've got to take the weed whacker thing to it.
 
I worked on it some tonight.
 
That is going to be a lot of work.
 
Hard work too.
 
Going to have to do about 10 minutes or so a night through the end of summer.
 
Don't think I could take much more.
 
And, as I get sections whacked down and bagged, I'll have to keep it mowed or I'll have to go back and whack it down again.
 
The constant cycle of rain followed by sunshine followed by rain has kept the grass wet and growing and not lawnmower friendly.
 
That is okay.
 
I've got a reason to buy and wear workboots.
