but, I've been dreaming recently that I am a dolphin.
 
And, once I was a seal.
 
Don't know why that is though I am happier when I'm in the water.
 
My body likes it.
 
Probably means I'm not getting to the pool often enough.
 
It is true that with all the stuff going on I've only been making it to the pool about once a week for about a month now.
 
Or, maybe I'm eating too much fish.
 
Or, maybe I'm not eating enough fish.
 
I did have chicken fried steak last night.
 
I had chicken, potatos and corn last night.
 
I can't eat like that often. I eat like a pig once a week then the rest of the week I try to stay with fish and veggies or veggies only. It gets hard trying to keep my numbers in order: carbs under 90, fibers 25-50, sugars around 20, salt less than 2400, cholesterol under 300, fats under 65, protein around 50, calories - never have to worry about them because I never make it that high if I adhere to the other numbers. My first number is always the carbs to sugars ratio. My body can't handle a high sugar to carb ratio and raising carbs to raise the sugar ratio will make me sick too.

Food - just don't eat it.
Water - just don't drink it.
Air - just don't breathe it.

Everything is bad for the human body.

I don't count calories and or other numbers. And its helped that I eat less junk food since moving back in with my parents.

Life-I just live it

Though I probably could use less online time and get more exercise. A better balance between the two at least.
