So basically they'll no longer be acting like it's a prequel. That's perfectly fine by me and further redeems their season 1 disregard for continuity. (The season 2 finale put some elbow grease into mopping that up as well.)

What I'm saying is, that was whole big bag full of nonsense.
I couldn’t follow what was happening to be honest. Why take Discovery to the future to stop Leland from following them when he was on the ship? That should’ve put a halt to the plan right there. And why was he still trying to destroy the ship when he was on it?
It was a pretty episode, the fan service was great and Spock’s a weird crush without the beard, but the plot could’ve done with being thought out more.
Very curious to see what season three is all about, though.
Also why would a blast door come down in the saucer section? Does it come from the next deck up? Side ways makes more sense, especially if you are already on the top deck
