He is smart to assume that we'd all prefer to forget that ever happened.
 
Maybe the other writers hated him for some other reason and just used this as an excuse.

SO MUCH SEVEN OF NINE. Also, I bet Data will have an aging program to explain why his face is puffy.
 
I'm reckoning he's just a Head Data, like the Head Six from BSG. Or maybe Picard really is just demented.
 
Surely he be B4? Whichever he is they should just let him age!
 
Both the Data clips seem like dreams to me, especially with Picard in uniform.
 
Yeah the bit in this trailer is definitely a dream and the chess bit seemed like a Holodeck to me. But maybe the big surprise will be Data coming back for real at the end of the season.
 
Gawd I hope not. I want Data/B4 to be a one-ep guest shot. I'd rather see Deanna every week since she's so sassy now.

I'm so excited and so worried in equal measures. I legit teared up at the Riker and Troi reveal.
 
Picard is 97 in this show, just FYI.
 
McCoy was 137 in Farpoint and he could still be racist about Vulcans.
