I'm fine with them bringing classic villains back. It's a relaunch/alternate timeline of TOS, so it's reasonable to say bring KHANN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! back for example.
 
I want them to hop into an ALTERNATE alternate timeline this time, and to discover Robbie the Robot and Billy Mumy on a stranded planet.

Together they will make sure Beverly and Jack Crusher never reproduce.
 
That is a good goal to have.
