Star Trek Voyager episode question

He looks a little like the angry chef at my local take away.
 
He looks like old Harry Kim from the episode Timeless, where Harry is bitter and angry that he fucked everything up and his life went nowhere after Voyager crashed and burned.

BTW, Robert Picardo does one of the voices in black ops.
 
I hate Voyager. Terrible writing, terrible acting.
 
Enterprise had some stories in season four that were better than what Voyager did for most of its run (then it also had the worst episode of Trek ever for its finale.)
 
Really, Enterprise started becoming a consistently very good show around mid season-2, and we got two and a half solid seasons out of it.

And really, Terra Prime wasn't that bad, Wacky. I quite liked it!

The actor who played Robocop was in Enterprise and he hated aliens.
