Star Wars news thread

I don't feel much hype for anything Star Wars related other than Andor at the moment, but I just found out Sigourney is in Mandalorian and Grogu so that elevates it quite a bit for me.
 
And she doesn't seem to be playing "evil corporate woman" like in every other sci-fi thing she's been in for the last ten years (it's probably only happened twice.)
 

Today, to mark the start of production on Star Wars: Starfighter, Lucasfilm has announced the full cast for the upcoming feature film from Shawn Levy. Joining the previously announced Ryan Gosling, the film stars Flynn Gray, Matt Smith, Mia Goth, Aaron Pierre, Simon Bird, Jamael Westman, Daniel Ings, and Amy Adams.

Matt Smith and Amy Adams joining the previously announced Ryan Golsing and Mia Goth, this is quite a high level cast for a Star Wars movie. Yes I know it could still be shit, you don't have to tell me.

Took me a moment to remember Simon Bird is Will from The Inbetweeners, wonder if he'll be comic relief.
