If Miley Cyrus doesn't get her breasts out as soon as she turns 18 there is literally no reason for her to exist.
 
She's not even hot IMHO.
 
I was surprised by the photo. Not knowing much about her, I'd assumed hotness was her saving grace, but she's nothing special.
