Kind of ditzy medical student with a silly name. Probably not a total bitch but not exceptionally nice either. Okay looking.
Right, well, I'm not sure where I got "not exceptionallly nice" from, because she actually is exceptionally nice. I think she was one of the last housemates to go in and by that point I was so pissed off by the line-up that I just automatically assumed they would all be assholes.
I remember at the start telling myself not to like any housemate too much in the first week because they could turn out to be evil or get evicted. I ESPECAILLY told myself not to get obsessed with a female housemate too quickly because I have a history of doing that and it ends badly. But I did like Sunshine from the start from watching on live feed. I just didn't want to fall in love or anything just in case...
Then I literally fell in love with her (you can see the exact time this happened by re-reading this thread!) from watching the live feed and there was no going back. But out of all my female housemate obsessions over the years, she really DID deserve it the most. She's highly intelligent, quirky (maybe a bit crazy) in an endearing way, she's got a troubled past (dead relatives, eating disorder, nearly murdered in Thailand), she looks great in a bikini and she loves crisps. OF COURSE I was going to get obsessed.
Sadly the things I love her for made her an easy target for the other housemates because it's always easy to pick on someone who's even a little bit different. Crispgate was uncomfortable viewing and her eviction was a total disgrace. That was down to the absolutely terrible editing that I'm not going to go into again (but will if requested!) and John James fans voting her out because she was "mean" to him (the first sign that those nutters would ruin the series.) And also the BB producers being obsessed with showmances and wanting to keep Shabby and Caoimhe together (yeah, that worked out well!) I'm STILL bitter about it and ALWAYS WILL BE.
But she doesn't need Big Brother, she's got a First in medical journalism and will be a proper doctor in less than a year. And I am happy that BB put her in because otherwise I wouldn't have known she existed or been able to follow her on Twitter (and I will follow her UNTIL THE END OF TIME ITSELF). Oh and did I mention that she actually knows who I am and has said my name on camera? YEAH.
