Way up there.
I can't even disagree, the GOP's got nothing...Just about anyway. The nice thing is that no matter who you're pulling for in the primary once the candidate has been chosen, Republicans as a whole get right behind the candidate. It's a nice show of solidarity.
The Republicans won't win.
I disagree, the chances are low but put Obama or Billary on the ticket and the chances go up significantly. Some think it's sad that the U.S. appears to be behind the times in not electing a female or minority as president but there's no proof that a female or minority can do any better job than a white male so it doesn't break my heart.
You've had 8 years and the quality of living is down from When Bill was in office.
Again, I disagree. My family almost lost their ass under Clinton, he was a theif and a disgrace. Why do I care if there's a surplus of funds in the government bank? It's my money what do they need it for? Certainly not the military, it was a skeleton when Clinton left office, some have even opined that that's why 9/11 happened when it did. Osama Bin Laden knew Bush would strengthen the military and had to strike while the national security was low. Some people liked Clinton because the world was our pal and everyone thought we were neat-o, who cares! I don't live my life to be liked and I absolutely couldn't care less if any other country on this planet likes my country.
Bush is nothing but a laughing stock. A once dangerous but now lame duck laughing stock. Everyone who voted for that moron is to blame and probably feeling at least a little stupid by now. Everyone is sick of the neocon rhetoric and that's why I believe the Dems will take the next election if they don't screw up from here to then (they are good at screwing shit up)
Bush hasn't done everything as I believe everything should be done but he's been an incredibly effective president. The liberal media would never report that so I completely understand your point of view but things aren't as cluster fucked as the media would like you to believe.
TRUST ME when I tell you Menty, the media and it's moles would have exploded if there was any real dirt on the Bush White House. Bush has been vertually scandal-less.
I don't regret voting for Bush, I'm disappointed with his handling of the war in Iraq but I'm much better off financially and feel far safer with him in office.
There is nobody -sans Ron Paul- who is offering anything except more of the same old tired bullshit. Out of everyone on the ticket (who has a chance, sorry Dr. Paul) I would likewise go with McCain (he's almost bearable sometimes) but I don't think he would make a good POTUS.
The only reason I wouldn't vote for Ron Paul is because he's like a Ross Perot, makes great sense and then gets his name on the ballot gauarnteeing a Dem win. I didn't vote for Perot but I know too many people that did and we had to put up with Bill Clinton because of it. McCain has my vote and not just because I like his politics but also because I can't imagine having a President Huckabee.
The rest are crusty dull God Squad lunatics. Had too many of those.
What or rather who do you mean?
On the Democratic ticket you have Obama and Hillary. I can't stand Hillary whatsoever. She's a hack. So that leaves Obama. Sure, he's inexperienced but so was Bush (LOL SO NOT SEELING IT ON THAT POINT.)
Don't like Billary if only for her relaunch of Hillary-Care alone. And Obama is a do nothing as I said before. Bush was a governor so at least he ran something Obama hasn't done a thing, he's just pretty (to some, not me). We can't have a president that green, no way, what a huge mistake.
If he runs with the right Vice, and crew it shouldn't matter. He is the best hope you have for getting America back on track.
I'm not sure what you mean by "back on track"...The war is a mess but other than that things have been cruising along nicely.
