To me the biggest problem is the film cant get behind its own convictions.
It starts off with the bad guys being illegal immigrants in France, so its all "arent these filthy albanians bad, kidnapping american woman and forcing them to be prostitutes" then at the end of the film it turns out the head of the group is white americans, so its as if they chickened out on just having the bad guys be foreigners.
Overall though the message seems to be, its ok to shoot french people.
