All his life, James Michaels has lived by the rules. He likes order in all things especially his job as health and safety inspector for the CIA. Ironically, his wife recently died when a misaligned metal safety rail was not properly fastened on the Empire State building. A slow, calculating terrorist attack on our health and safety regimes has begun. All his life Michaels has trained for this moment, but his retirement is due in 3 days. His CIA bosses do not believe that terrorists are slowly lowering our health and safety standards. The deaths are racking up (slowly at first) but soon the terrorists are lowering tolerances on everything from metalwork lathes to air conditioning filters. Can Michaels convince his recalcitrant CIA bosses? Will the inspectors sign off your DEATH WARRANT!?!
