Technical assistance please?

I'm not sure what I did, but my tool bar thingie that says file edit view, favorites tools help is gone as well at the IE bar above that and the address field bar.

And at the bottom, the bar thats right above the start menu icon that tells me I'm connected to the internet and shows what website I'm connecting to is also gone.

What have I done and how do I get them back.
(PS I also use firefox, but need IE for clients websites)

Are you talking about browser windows, or any folder window?

It only happens in browsers. F11 puts the browser in full screen, minus title and load bars.
