Hambil and I have decided to start our own Thanksgiving tradition and watch the whole Lord of the Rings trilogy, extended versions. I plan to get the traditional feast from one of the supermarkets that will sell you everything pre-made, so all we have to do is heat it up. Now if I can just find a sugar-free pumpkin pie... they used to be easy to get, but I'm having a hell of a time locating one this year.

I thought that too, and did my first shopping there this month, my wife bought the card because the contacts she needed to get were cheaper than the cost of the membership )seriously).
I went there haloween and spent 420 dollars and have saved almost three hundred off my grocery bill in the last month. It's pretty wild, you just make one trip to the market instead of four and its close to 40 percent on the dollar off and things you use regularly, like paper towels and cereal, dog food, stuff like that. Two pounds of coffee for 12 bucks/ 24 rolls of paper towels for 11 dollars.
The years membership is like 50 bucks.
It took me a while to figure it out, and we have a tiny place especially in the kitchen, so I know it works well.

I can't even remember the last time I went to a regular grocery store. I've been going to costco almost exclusively for 18 months or so. Its 50 bucks for 2 years, and the amount of DVDs and Electronics I buy there alone makes it worth it.
I also just got a Sam's Club membership. Sam's seem to have a bigger, better selection than even Costco.
Anyhow, on Thanksgiving, I plan to get up around noon, and be in a drunken stupor by 3PM. Thank god I've got satellite TV, as I can watch porn 24/7 during that time, too.

Doesn't that require a certain amount of planning ahead? Hambil and I are kinda impaired in that area. :lol: And where the hell do you store all that stuff?
