Well he is over seven feet tall and weighs over 500 pounds...he's always going to have some problems getting about.

I read somewhere years ago he had the same giantism problem as Andre and that his joints would disintegrate over time just like his did.

I believe he had it as a youth, but they stopped it from creating as many problems as it did with Andre. He has lost a lot of weight over the last couple of years, but he's still huge. He's also already tried to retire through injuries once. The human frame doesn't appear to be conjucive with growing to such a size without some health problems. No doubt the fact that he's a wrestler helps amplify those problems.
