People seem to think it's the church who are somehow blowing up heads. To get A-Train and The Deep back in the Seven.
 
They blew the FBI lady's head off the same way, so I don't know if it's for A-Train and Deep, but it could be the church.

One puzzling thing, how come homelanders eye beams just turn her on with very little damage, yet his boy's eye beams burn her to a crisp?

Also I guess they should have tried shooting her in the eye.
 
If we're talking power inconsistencies, how come this week Victoria had to concentreate and her eyes went all weird when she was popping the head of the Church guy, but last week she blew up a dozen people without showing any visible sign it was her doing it?

And why did Stormfront keep shooting the Boys with non-lethal lightning blasts this week?
