But why? Would I be happy in a non leadership role? Will I always have this role? Obviuosly you cannot answer these questions, but it amazes me that even in my "hobby" life (and you know what I am speaking of) that I am a leader as well-even tho I try to step down from that daily!

I am definitely happy now in non-leardership roles. It is nice to not have to be in charge.

One fun thing happened the other day tho, we were going on break and I told someone they couldn't leave-AND WE WERE STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO A CHAIN, i put it in my hand and said, "You have to stay here" and he smiled heavily and said, "Really?!"
I had to leave quickly before I said anything else.
