The Event

Ooh er. I had a quick read... it's a bit TLDR for an article about The Event. I've noticed it back on tv here recently (I think it was on tonight, infact), but I haven't plucked up the will to watch it, but I might do just to see the CGI of the planet in the sky. The actual Event just sounds lame to me. I never like it in scifi when aliens have sudden jumps in evolution. From everything we know, it just doesn't work like that and it's just a silly deus ex machina.
 
I wonder if the sudden evolution was planned from the beginning or if they threw that in there because they knew they were canceled.

Yeah, it was. They should have kept V.
 
Yeah. V might not have had a consistent storyline, believable dialogue, quality special effects or an adequate conclusion, but it'll always have a special place in my heart. And it couldn't really have cost much to make, compared to a more "glossy" show like The Event.
 
What's Morena Baccarin's bum going to do now? SIT ON CHAIRS?
 
Maybe she can grow her hair back into an attractive style now.
